Kerdology Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Kerdology. The product is in beta. It is still being built. Features can change, break, or disappear. Do not rely on it for live trading decisions.

The score is not advice

A Robustness Score, a backtest, and any chat reply are information about a strategy you defined. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of profit. You can lose money. Losses are yours.

Your strategy

You confirm the rules and the ticker list before a strategy is saved or scored. Kerdology does not pick the trades for you in this beta. A later trading connection, if offered, will need your own brokerage account. Kerdology does not hold your brokerage account.

Beta

This is a test. Data can be wrong. The free price feed is not every US exchange. Scores can change when the method changes. We may reset test accounts. Do not put in money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat a score as a forecast.

Account

You must accept these terms to create an account. You must be 18. You are responsible for your login. You can delete the account from the account page. Deleting removes the account and its saved strategies from the app.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the chat, attempt to break the service, or use it for anything illegal. We can suspend an account that does.

Plans

Free and paid limits can change during beta. A usage bar is a limit, not a promise of a dollar value of service. Prices can change. Beta users may be moved to a paid plan or asked to stop at the end of the test.

Privacy

We store your name, email, strategies, and usage so the product can run. We do not sell that data. The chat is sent to an AI provider to generate replies.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Kerdology is not liable for lost profits, trading losses, or lost data. If a law requires a cap, liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months, or $50 if you paid nothing.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version you accepted is stored. Continued use after a new version is posted means you accept the new version.
